There are several ways for you to use iConnect to provide a welcoming experience to both applicants and new hires. To begin with, you can include lots of welcoming and useful content in the applicant portal. Things like about your company, how to follow on social media, the benefits of working for you, interview tips, directions to your location(s), video.
iRecruit is extremely flexible when it comes to creating correspondence to use with candidates. There’s no limit to how many email notices you can create. Your iRecruit also has several example email templates that you can use in the help file.
iRecruit is proud to be partnered with Verified First to streamline the hiring process through the integration of pre-employment background screening services. Verified First provides one of the quickest, and most efficient background and drug screening services on the market today.
The Recruiter role in iRecruit is designed for the user who needs full unrestricted access to all applications, and the ability to post a job whenever needed, and the Hiring Manager role in iRecruit is a little bit more restricted than the recruiter role.
iRecruit’s customers have received an average of 158 new employment applications in the month of February. This is up slightly from January which averaged 153. The number of applications by customer typically varies based on the number of jobs posted.
